Source For Hire retains 10% of placement fees to cover hosting, platform maintenance, and ongoing support. The rest goes to the recruiters who make the match.

📝 Source For Hire Recruiter Network Agreement

Legally Binding Participation Terms

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned Recruiter (“Recruiter”) and Source For Hire, LLC (“SFH”), a Virginia limited liability company, for participation in the Source For Hire Recruiter Network (“Network”).

1. Purpose & Scope

Recruiter agrees to collaborate with SFH and other approved recruiters to source, submit, and place qualified candidates for job requirements posted on recruiters.sourceforhire.com. Recruiter understands that participation is contingent upon manual approval by SFH, including verification of LinkedIn profile, credentials, and professional conduct.

2. Split-Fee Structure

  • Recruiter shall receive a percentage of the placement fee for each successful candidate placement, as agreed upon per job requirement.
  • SFH retains 10% of the total placement fee for platform maintenance, hosting, updates, and sponsorship of the Network.
  • Remaining fees shall be split among contributing recruiters based on candidate submission, collaboration, and placement attribution

Recruiter Commission Structure
At Source For Hire, we believe in rewarding our recruiters for the value they bring. Our commission model is designed to be transparent, competitive, and supportive of your success.

  • Placement Only: When a recruiter fills a position, they earn 45% commission of the placement fee.
  • Job Brought + Placement: When a recruiter brings forward a job opportunity and successfully fills the role, they earn both the recruiter and sales commission — a total of 90% of the placement fee. The remaining 10% covers hosting, platform maintenance, and ongoing support.

This structure ensures that recruiters are fairly compensated whether they focus solely on filling roles or take on the added responsibility of bringing in new job opportunities.

3. Candidate Attribution & Payment

  • Recruiter must submit candidates through the designated dashboard or approved method.
  • Attribution will be based on timestamped submission, recruiter notes, and employer feedback.
  • Payment will be issued to Recruiter within 15 business days of SFH receiving full placement fee from the employer.
  • Recruiter is responsible for providing accurate payment details and tax documentation as required.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

  • Recruiter agrees not to contact employers directly outside the SFH platform regarding posted job requirements.
  • All candidate submissions and employer communications must occur through SFH channels.
  • Breach of this clause may result in removal from the Network and forfeiture of fees.

5. Non-Solicitation

Recruiter agrees not to solicit or hire SFH employees, contractors, or other participating recruiters for a period of one (1) year following termination of this Agreement.

6. Term & Termination

  • This Agreement is valid for one (1) year from the date of execution and auto-renews annually unless terminated in writing by either party.
  • SFH reserves the right to revoke recruiter access at any time for breach of terms, misconduct, or failure to maintain professional standards.

7. Legal Venue & Arbitration

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Venue for any legal disputes shall be Henrico County, Virginia.
  • Parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, waiving jury trial rights, and appointing a Special Judge per Civil Practices and Remedy Code 151.

8. Indemnification

Recruiter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SFH from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from candidate submissions, misrepresentation, or breach of this Agreement.

9. Equal Opportunity & Ethics

Recruiter agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding equal employment opportunity and ethical recruiting practices.

10. Recruiter Referral Incentive Program

To encourage the growth of the Source For Hire Recruiters Network, participating recruiters may earn a Referral Incentive of $1,000 USD for each eligible recruiter they refer to the platform.

10.1 Eligibility

To qualify for the referral incentive:

  • The referring recruiter must be an active member of the Source For Hire Recruiters Network at the time of referral.

  • The referred recruiter must register using the referring recruiter’s unique referral link or code.

  • The referred recruiter must successfully complete their first verified placement through Source For Hire within 12 months of registration.

10.2 Payment Terms

  • The $1,000 referral incentive will be paid to the referring recruiter within 30 days of the referred recruiter’s first verified placement and successful commission payout.

  • Payments will be issued via the same method used for standard commission disbursements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10.3 Limitations

  • Referral incentives are limited to one payout per referred recruiter.

  • Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will void eligibility.

  • Source For Hire reserves the right to verify referral authenticity and placement validity before issuing payment.

10.4 Program Changes

Source For Hire may modify or discontinue the Referral Incentive Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will not affect previously qualified referrals.
