#000000\"><strong>Legally Binding Participation Terms<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">This Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) is entered into between the undersigned Recruiter (\u201cRecruiter\u201d) and Source For Hire, LLC (\u201cSFH\u201d), a Virginia limited liability company, for participation in the Source For Hire Recruiter Network (\u201cNetwork\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>Purpose &amp; Scope<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Recruiter agrees to collaborate with SFH and other approved recruiters to source, submit, and place qualified candidates for job requirements posted on <a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/recruiters.sourceforhire.com\">recruiters.sourceforhire.com<\/a>. Recruiter understands that participation is contingent upon manual approval by SFH, including verification of LinkedIn profile, credentials, and professional conduct.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Split-Fee Structure<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Recruiter shall receive a percentage of the placement fee for each successful candidate placement, as agreed upon per job requirement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">SFH retains <strong>10% of the total placement fee<\/strong> for platform maintenance, hosting, updates, and sponsorship of the Network.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Remaining fees shall be split among contributing recruiters based on candidate submission, collaboration, and placement attribution<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recruiter Commission Structure<\/strong><br \/>At Source For Hire, we believe in rewarding our recruiters for the value they bring. Our commission model is designed to be transparent, competitive, and supportive of your success.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Placement Only<\/b>: When a recruiter fills a position, they earn <b>45% commission<\/b> of the placement fee.<\/li>\n<li><b>Job Brought + Placement<\/b>: When a recruiter brings forward a job opportunity and successfully fills the role, they earn both the recruiter and sales commission \u2014 a total of <b>90% of the placement fee<\/b>. The remaining <b>10%<\/b> covers hosting, platform maintenance, and ongoing support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This structure ensures that recruiters are fairly compensated whether they focus solely on filling roles or take on the added responsibility of bringing in new job opportunities.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>3.<\/strong> <strong>Candidate Attribution &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Recruiter must submit candidates through the designated dashboard or approved method.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Attribution will be based on timestamped submission, recruiter notes, and employer feedback.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Payment will be issued to Recruiter within 15 business days of SFH receiving full placement fee from the employer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Recruiter is responsible for providing accurate payment details and tax documentation as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>4.<\/strong> <strong>Confidentiality &amp; Non-Circumvention<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Recruiter agrees not to contact employers directly outside the SFH platform regarding posted job requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">All candidate submissions and employer communications must occur through SFH channels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Breach of this clause may result in removal from the Network and forfeiture of fees.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>5.<\/strong> <strong>Non-Solicitation<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Recruiter agrees not to solicit or hire SFH employees, contractors, or other participating recruiters for a period of one (1) year following termination of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>6.<\/strong> <strong>Term &amp; Termination<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">This Agreement is valid for one (1) year from the date of execution and auto-renews annually unless terminated in writing by either party.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">SFH reserves the right to revoke recruiter access at any time for breach of terms, misconduct, or failure to maintain professional standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>7.<\/strong> <strong>Legal Venue &amp; Arbitration<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Venue for any legal disputes shall be <strong>Henrico County, Virginia<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Parties agree to resolve disputes through <strong>binding arbitration<\/strong>, waiving jury trial rights, and appointing a Special Judge per Civil Practices and Remedy Code 151.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>8.<\/strong> <strong>Indemnification<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Recruiter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SFH from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from candidate submissions, misrepresentation, or breach of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>9.<\/strong> <strong>Equal Opportunity &amp; Ethics<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Recruiter agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding equal employment opportunity and ethical recruiting practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>10. Recruiter Referral Incentive Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To encourage the growth of the Source For Hire Recruiters Network, participating recruiters may earn a <strong>Referral Incentive of $1,000 USD<\/strong> for each eligible recruiter they refer to the platform.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>10.1 Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To qualify for the referral incentive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>The referring recruiter must be an active member of the Source For Hire Recruiters Network at the time of referral.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The referred recruiter must register using the referring recruiter\u2019s unique referral link or code.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The referred recruiter must successfully complete their <strong>first verified placement<\/strong> through Source For Hire within <strong>12 months<\/strong> of registration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>10.2 Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>The $1,000 referral incentive will be paid to the referring recruiter within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of the referred recruiter\u2019s first verified placement and successful commission payout.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Payments will be issued via the same method used for standard commission disbursements unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>10.3 Limitations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Referral incentives are limited to <strong>one payout per referred recruiter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will void eligibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Source For Hire reserves the right to verify referral authenticity and placement validity before issuing payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>10.4 Program Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Source For Hire may modify or discontinue the Referral Incentive Program at any time, with or without notice.
