That’s why we created the Referral Network, designed for anyone who wants to earn money by referring employers or candidates to us. You don’t have to be a recruiter, have industry experience, or manage placements. All you need to do is connect us with employers who are hiring or candidates looking for the right role — and when we make the match, you get paid.

Unlike other programs, we don’t charge you fees, require special tools, or set quotas. We simply reward you with a $1,000 referral commission each time your referral leads to a successful hire.

How It Works

1. Refer an Employer – When an employer you refer registers, posts a job, and that job is successfully filled, you earn a $1,000 commission.

2. Refer a Candidate – When a candidate you refer applies for an active job, clearly identifies you as their referral source, and is successfully hired, you earn a $1,000 commission after they complete the warranty period.

3. Get Paid – Referral fees are paid at the beginning of the following month once Source For Hire has collected the employer’s placement fee and the warranty period has passed.

Legally Binding Participation Terms

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned Referral Partner (“Partner”) and Source For Hire, LLC (“SFH”), a Virginia limited liability company, for participation in the Source For Hire Referral Network (“Referral Network”).

1. Purpose & Scope

Partner agrees to participate in the Referral Network for the purpose of referring employers and/or candidates to SFH. Partner understands that they are not acting as a recruiter, employee, or agent of SFH and will only be eligible for the referral fee described in this Agreement if all eligibility conditions are met.

2. Referral Fee Structure

• Partner shall receive a flat referral fee of $1,000 USD per qualifying referral.

• A “qualifying referral” is defined as:

  1. Employer Referrals – The employer must:

     • Register with the Source For Hire Employer Network.

     • Post at least one job opening.

     • Have that job successfully filled by SFH.

  2. Candidate Referrals – The candidate must:

     • Be referred only for an active job opening posted through SFH.

     • Clearly identify the Partner as their source of referral.

     • Be successfully hired by the employer.

     • Remain employed through the employer’s selected warranty period.

3. Payment Terms

• Referral fee payments will be made at the beginning of the month following the month in which:

  • SFH has collected the full placement fee from the employer, and

  • The warranty period for the candidate’s employment has been satisfied.

• Payments will be issued via direct deposit, PayPal, or check, as agreed.

• Partner is responsible for providing accurate payment and tax documentation.

4. Candidate & Employer Attribution

• Employer and candidate referrals must be submitted via the designated SFH referral form or other approved method.

• Attribution will be determined by timestamped submission and confirmation by the employer/candidate.

• Duplicate submissions will be resolved in favor of the first valid referral received.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

Partner agrees not to contact employers or candidates directly for the purpose of circumventing SFH. All referral-related communications must occur through SFH channels. Breach of this clause may result in forfeiture of fees and removal from the Referral Network.

6. Term & Termination

• This Agreement is valid for one (1) year from the date of execution and auto-renews annually unless terminated in writing by either party.

• SFH reserves the right to revoke Partner participation at any time for breach of terms, misconduct, or misrepresentation.

7. Legal Venue & Arbitration

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Venue for any legal disputes shall be Henrico County, Virginia. Parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, waiving jury trial rights.

8. Indemnification

Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SFH from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from false referrals, misrepresentation, or breach of this Agreement.

9. Equal Opportunity & Ethics

Partner agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards when making referrals. SFH is an equal opportunity employer and recruiting platform.

10. Program Changes

SFH reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Network at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will not affect previously qualified referrals.
